The location is in walking distance to public transport so that a car is not needed. The room was spotless and perfect for the two of us. The swimming pool was an added bonus. The best part of our experience in this hotel was the staff, amazingly friendly and always ready to help.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very nice, it was clean, and the bed was veeery comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always willing to help with a smile. Their service really made a difference! I really liked the pool, it was large, very well-maintained, and clean. Finally, the food was a real highlight. The meals were incredibly delicious and diverse, with a great variety of options. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Malta!

A truly wonderful place to stay! We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, their friendliness and professionalism made a big difference. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and even a few extra touches that were a pleasant surprise). Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, it really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special :-)
The pool is just steps away, perfect for relaxing any time of day. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Decent location to travel from. Nice to have the pool across the street. Great service at the pool bar, with a nice selection of bar food. Parking available.
The position, near to the known beaches
Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers always and esp shaded ones. A/C worked perfectly which was great in the heat. Cleaning every day was super & fresh towels provided daily. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel is in a great location – close to the beach, restaurants, and bus stops. Everything was just perfect!

An overall good experience at Xemxija Bay Hotel. - Great location at St. Paul near the sea side and public transportation. - Fast check-in and check-out. -Friendly staff. -Good value considering the location and average pricing in the area. - Room was clean, comfortable bed and big balcony. Our room had a kitchenette that included plates, electric kettle and utensils which was great for preparing and having simple meals. - Staff organizing the breakfast, and those on reception were always very welcoming and friendly for any inquiry or communication. - Bar and espresso machine at reception open 24 hours. Had a couple of shots while chatting with Riyad who works on reception. - The hotel's pool was a nice experience. It's directly facing the hotel entrance. Great if you have kids that are spending the day in the pool and you can watch them from your balcony.
The building was big but not good maintenance
I like the bedroom, it was clean and the staff was nice .
The hotel is not expensive, but it was under construction and still opening and accepting guests. If they want to refurbish the place, they should shut down for a few days, not keep their business like this.

The location was perfect and quiet
At the moment it's being refurbished. If you've seen the film Carry on Abroad, that will give you an idea of what it's like. Having said that it didn't spoil my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was good. It will be a lovely place when it's finished.
